Tillie Salas has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Kirtland Federal Credit Union (Kirtland FCU). Salas oversees the Human Resources team at Kirtland FCU, managing the talent of the credit union’s more than 150 employees. She is also responsible for employee learning and development within the credit union.

Salas has more than 16 years of experience in human resources, 12 years with credit unions and eight years as Vice President Human Resources with Kirtland FCU. She has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Mass Communications, and a master’s degree in Business Administration.
