Frequently Asked Questions

Initial meeting with Kirtland CU Business Services team agenda:

  • We will be reviewing your account to ensure that all proper and needed documentation is on file. This helps us to truly understand your business structure and who should have access to what. If you are missing documentation, we will be asking for updated copies or additional information.
  • If you are currently primarily banking with another financial institution, we will be requesting the last two months of bank statements. This will give us a chance to review what you have with them, compare what we can offer you and complete a proposal to compare.
  • It is very helpful for all decision makers of the business/organization to attend the initial meeting. That way we get a full picture of how we can become a great financial partner for you and your specific needs.
