Kindly compare the balance of your accounts on your December 2022 statement WITH YOUR RECORDS. If balances do not agree, please address your discrepancies directly to FORVIS, LLP. In addition, we will be conducting electronics recycling at no cost to you! 

The services are free, and attendees are encouraged to bring paper documents that contain personal and/or financial information to be destroyed. A maximum of four file boxes for secure destruction of your paper documents will be allowed for this shredding event.
