Certificates earn more dividends than basic savings
A certificate is like a promise: You promise to set aside a fixed amount of cash (at least $500) for a set period of time – 30 months. In return, Kirtland CU gives you a higher dividend rate than you could get in a regular savings account. Our rate is guaranteed for the term of the deposit.

Here's How It Works
- Deposit a minimum of $500 with a guaranteed rate for the term of the deposit.
- Dividends calculated on the daily balance method and compounded monthly.
- At the end of your certificate’s term, withdraw your money plus the dividends you’ve earned, or roll over your earnings into a new certificate.
- Your 30-month certificate will automatically renew to a 24-month certificate.

Membership Criteria
There are no membership enrollment fees, just the $5 share deposit to get your membership established! It only takes about 10 minutes to apply for Kirtland CU membership online. If you are 18 years or older, here’s what you’ll need in order to apply:
- Your driver’s license or a passport
- Your U.S. Social Security number
- Your U.S. citizenship or resident alien documentation if necessary
- Information for other accounts you want to switch to Kirtland CU
